A few weekends ago, I spent an amazing day, AMAZING day, with Katie and Nate in Keystone Colorado. First of all, let me start with saying how truly unique and awesome Katie and Nate are. You probably remember them from their engagement session (HERE). Nate is a High School Biology Teacher. Katie a Physicians Assistant. Katie’s AWESOME family is from the East Coast. Nate’s family is also amazing. Wow, I LOVED the entire family. If you remember, Katie was vacationing with her family in Italy. Nate surprised her as a waiter at dinner, and asked her to marry him. Seriously, what an awesome love story.
The Timer Ridge Lodge in Keystone is so beautiful, and we had such a gorgeous day to have an outdoor wedding. To get to the lodge, you have to take 2 Gondolas. So, in essence, I got a scenic view on the way up … as did all of the guests. The weather was amazing. Katie and Nate were AMAZING. Katie’s dress was unbelievable, and the guys wore the coolest navy blue suits ever!

The tables each had a sign on them which signified something close to Katie and Nate. Hawaii … is where they are on their honeymoon. I even saw one that said Jackson (which is their dog … who I adore, from their engagement session)

Katie and Nate had one of the most unique wedding ceremonies I have ever seen. Nate’s best friend and Katie’s sister were the officiant’s for the wedding. They brought so many memories and unique stories to their ceremony. It was so awesome!
