COLORADO, OH HOW I LOVE YOU!

I love Colorado. I just do. I knew it from the very first time I came here. Matt had an internship here when we were in College. When I came to visit … it was like love at first site. We picked up our lives and moved here straight out of college, just married, and set up shop. I wouldn’t change a thing. We love the outdoors. We LOVE the mountains. Two weeks ago we headed up to Keystone for a day of skiing (and Matt Boarding). This is what I caught with my iPhone on the way home. I really want to frame this one.

I’ll be out of the office today at a workshop – but will be back tomorrow! Happy Thursday!

The Rocky Mountain air was fresh as Carrie and her Bridesmaids arrived to get ready for their day … the one they had been planning for months now, from hundreds of miles away. Her girls were the most awesome kind … the ones that told you how they knew Carrie, and loved her like a sister. A few blocks up the road, Ben was preparing for the same big day, with his family and groomsmen.

Carrie and Ben met in LA and moved to Miami together. It was there that their love blossomed and turned in to the amazing kind that they have today. Seriously, these two are the most thoughtful, caring, and genuinely in love people ever! I have talked to Carrie for months now, and had never met her until this day. She was STUNNING in her dress and lime green shoes. Ben, he was rocking out a beige suit, green tie, and brown Vans. Yeah, it was THAT AWESOME

Carrie and Ben had a traditional ceremony – the Chuppa was made from aspen trunks! Beautiful!!!

I loved how Carrie smiled as she listened to Ben’s vows to her.

I had a little bit of sensory overload with this scenery! I have so many favorites, this was hard to narrow down!

Natalie got some great detail shots for me … the centerpieces were wrapped with Aspen bark, and each table had a mountain name on it

Carrie and Ben, you are fabulous. Your families are amazing. Thank you for everything. I had such an amazing time capturing your day … and Natalie did too! I highly recommend her!
