It’s been a while since I had a Flavorful Friday post.  In fact, Most Friday’s lately have been dedicated to a new post, an awesome shoot, or etc.  But, since the season is starting to slow down, you can expect to see more Flavorful Fridays with tips, tricks, and more on the blog.  I get a lot of questions from aspiring photographers and clients alike, so if you have questions, feel free to email them to me and we can do a Q&A session as a Flavorful Friday edition. We have had such an amazing season and Natalie and I want to thank you all for sharing your day with us!  We can’t stop talking about all of the awesome weddings we have had this year … and already, we are STOKED about next year

So, in essence of fall … I thought we could do another little Puzzle Me!  You have until Monday at Noon to finish this puzzle.  The highest score wins a $10 iTunes gift card.  As a hint, this is a shot of one of my FAVORITE Colorado Wedding Venues.  I grabbed this shot after Sara and Scott’s Rehearsal Dinner.  So pretty!  Have fun!

As a photographer, I get these ideas in my head.  A lot of times they take years to actually be put to use.  In the meantime, they hang around in my notebook or in my folder full of magazine tear outs.  For years, I have wanted to put together this vintage-esque shoot around the vintage arcade.  Alyssa contacted me because she and Derek were friends of a near and dear client to me.  They had just had a small intimate wedding and wanted to have some pictures done.  Imagine my enthusiasm when she told me she had a short white dress with Red Cowboy Boots.  Yeah, I LOVE IT!  So, Alyssa and Derek worked it out for me, made some of my photo dreams come true, and beared the first taste of winter with me.  They are an incredible couple who have been together since High School.  They look at each other with shear joy and happiness … which I am thrilled to have captured on film  Alyssa and Derek, thank you!  You two are FABULOUS and I had such a blast with you!  Congratulations on your wedding!  Hugs!

I love Denver.  I love Downtown Denver.  I love fun, funky, urban places.  And when I get a ROCKSTAR couple to trot around downtown with me, I am kind of in love  Kristin and Sam are one of my couples for 2010.  From the moment I met them, I knew that they were my kind of peeps.  They have this sort of unspoken love.  The way Sam looks at Kristin melts my heart  And Kristin, she is GORGEOUS, full of energy and is always sporting a smile.  Their love grew in Chicago, and after relocating to Denver, they are planning a fantabulous wedding next year.  I cannot wait to shoot your wedding you guys
